As the term implies this training is "personal" and focuses on the client, their needs, their goals and eventually their success. The Pilates Personal Trainer will use all the Pilates equipment as needed. Semi-private sessions are also offered.

We offer classes in 8 week sessions. It is necessary to have continual attendance to see continued improvement. Sporadic attendance will not yield the expected results. We therefore have an excellent make up policy. To facilitate this expected rate of progress, any class time that is a conflict during the run of a session can be made up. With 24 hours notice a client can opt out of their pre-registered time and can find another time/class to drop into. Within their session time frame a make up ensures the same number of workouts and therefore the expected rate of progress.
 
 
PILATES TRAINING
 
Pilates classes are offered both on mat and equipment. There are substantial differences to both methods; if you are unsure what is most appropriate for you, book a demo session and experience both!

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
 
Simply put, Functional Strength Training is training the body to improve performance in the movements we use for everyday life; balancing, lifting, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing etc. Incorporating free weights in a variety of unstable situations challenges the Core while building strength in the entire body.
 
In addition to building strength, significant improvements in balance and coordination are principle benefits of the unrestricted notion of functional training.
 
Functional Training engages more than one muscle and often more than one joint; teaching them all to work together equally. Stabilizers and core muscles are recruited to build overall strength.
  
GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING four to one
$15/hour 
 
This innovative program focuses on functional strength training for the entire body. Implementing lower body and upper body exercises combined with core conditioning application. This overall body training program is dynamic and fun. Offered in a group format, makes training affordable and a must for anyone who is tired of a stale, go through the motions weight training routine. Sign up on your own or bring some friends and shake up the routine!
 
TRX - four to one
$15/hour
 
TRX is a complete body weight training system for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Suspenson training builds superior muscular balance, joint stability, mobility and core strength helping you perform better at any activity. It also improves posture and prevents injuries.

Get ready as we unleash this dynamic style of training into a group setting!  Together training balance, strength and coordination you will reduce your risk of injury, increase joint stability, and improve your performance with a greater efficiency of movement.
 
In training balance......the toys come out!  Expand your training and challenge your body as you will be introduces to the ball, bosu, balance boards, spin discs, reactivity balls, crazy combinations of all of the above, and much, much more!
 
Each class is unique and geared to the level of the participants. Modifications are always offered to make this the perfect option for every fitness level.
